180 CTITR students participate in Talentum Fero

Jalandhar 14 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Giving students a platform to exhibit their talent, Department of CSE & ECE, CT Institute of Technology & Research, Maqsudan organized a grand annual cultural event “Talentum Fero”. Some of the most popular events are Fashion Show, Singing, Dance, Mehndi, Rangoli and Turban Tying.
Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman, CT Group of Institution and Manbir Singh, Managing Director, CT Group of Institutions graced the occasion with their presence.
180 students of the CT Institutes enthusiastically participated in the event. After the auditions, 40 participants were shortlisted for the final competition. The students performed singing, dancing turban tying and Fashion Show etc. The winners of the events were honoured by the Institute. Ms. Kanika (BBA) and Mr. Vanshdeep (B.Tech) were declared as winners of Fashion Show. Trophy of Singing Competition went to Mr. Rahul (BAJMC). Daman (B.Tech) and Kunika (BHMCT) got first and second prize in dancing.
Er. Anurag Sharma, Vice Principal, CT Institute of Technology & Research said that such events boost the confidence of the students and encourage them to come forward. The guidance of the teachers further sharpens their inborn talents.
Campus Director Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhami presided over the event and emphasized on the overall development of the students. She highlighted that the college always seeks to strike a balance between academic and co-curricular activities for the students and also advised the students to lay stress on dedication and discipline and polish their talent.
