Guest Lecture On Customer Relationship Management Strategy At Apeejay

Jalandhar October 14 (Jaswinder Azad)- PG Department of Commerce of Apeejay College of Fine Arts organised one day guest lecture on the topic Customer Relationship Management Strategy. Dr. Jasveen Kaur, Head, University Business School of GNDU, Amritsar featured as the resource person for the same. Well-versed in marketing service strategy, customer relations management & HRM, Dr. Kaur told that tastes and preferences of modern day customer change with changing trends. Business must cater to their satisfaction level constantly. Also, she cited examples of success-journey of McDonald and IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Limited). Besides, she referred to renowned American businessman Maurice Jackson for his amazing glory of opening a gas agency in remote/backward regions and serving the customers flawlessly. Answering the queries of Apeejay’s ignited minds, she also unraveled the latest trends and issues in the sphere of marketing.
