KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organize Learning of Physics by Innovative Activities

Jalandhar October 9 (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the Heritage & Autonomous Institution, Jalandhar’s Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organized a ”Learning of Physics by innovative activities” for the science students of class+1 and+2 in which total 17 teams participated. The objective of the event was to develop the creative minds of the students so that they could implement the scientific ideas in their day to day life. The students showcased their concept based innovative experiments and projects to the judges of the event. This activity included Homemade projector, Cyclotron, Hydraulic Brakes, Newton Cradle and many more. Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that this type of activity is a great initiative towards the value based education and it also creates a lot of interest among the students in understanding the laws and principles of physics through practical demonstration. She also said that such learning with the aid of practical activities help to sharpen the intellectual minds of budding scientists. Mrs. Parminder Kaur Cheema, Dr. Gopi Sharma and Dr. Neetu Chopra were the judges during the event.
