KMVites qualify Chartered Accountant Foundation Examination in First Attempt

Chartered Accountant FoundationJalandhar August 18 (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the Heritage & Autonomous institution, Ranked No.1 in India by India Today Ranking has always been taking initiatives for the academic and professional growth of the students. Keeping with this trend, the Post Graduate Department of Commerce and Business Administration entered into an academic tie- up with the Institute of Chartered accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi. KMV is the first college in the region to get accreditation from ICAI for starting on campus Oral Coaching Chartered Accountants Foundation Course. After the successful accomplishment of the first batch, the students appeared for the Chartered Accountant Foundation Examination in May 2019 and have shown remarkable performance in the examination. Ms. Ruchi cleared the examination with distinction by securing 279/400, Ms. Manveer Kaur and Ms. Rashi scored 260/400 respectively. Principle Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the students for their outstanding and lauded the efforts of Dr. Neeraj Maini, Head, Post Graduate Department of Commerce and staff members for their untiring efforts.
