Jalandhar October 8 (Jaswinder Azad)- Lyallpur Khalsa College has continued its contribution for social causes by donating a total amount of Rs. 2,05,000 for the flood victims of Kerala. College Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra informed that the amount accumulated by the joint efforts of the Principal, Staff and students of the college was dispatched for the south Indian state through Mr. Varinder Kumar Sharma, Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar. Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra reiterated the college’s commitment to the flood victims of Kerala state in addition to its other contributions to social awareness programs most notably concerning environment, road safety and drug prevention. Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra vowed to keep up this noble tradition of the college with utmost sincerity in years to come.
