Medical camp at Gakhla Village by NSS Volunteers of HMV

Jalandhar December 28 (Jaswinder Azad)- A seven day NSS camp was inaugurated at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. On the fifth day of the camp, the NSS volunteers organized a medical camp for the villagers of village gakhla. The students did medical check up at all the houses of the village. On this occasion, Program Officer Mrs. Veena Arora, Dr. Anjana Bhatia, Dr. Aarti, Mrs. Alka, Ms. Harmanu also accompanied the students. Madam Principal said that such medical camps are beneficial for the villagers and we are providing help to them in the form of medicines for their physical and mental health. Such initiative proves helpful in improving the physical health of the villagers from time to time. Mrs. Veena Arora and Dr. Anjana Bhatia also encouraged the students for taking more such initiatives.
