Two-day work shop will be organised in Lyallpur Khalsa College

Jalandhar November 11 (Gurkirat Singh)- A two-day work shop on creative writing will be organised by the Post Graduate Department of Punjabi and Punjabi Sahib Academy (Chandigarh) in the Auditorium of Lyallpur Khalsa College on 12th and 13th November. Head of the department, Dr. Gopal Singh Buttar and Co-ordinator of the Workshop Dr. Surinder Pal Mand informed about the program of this workshop which will commence on 12th November at 10 am with the opening lecture to be delivered by Dr. Sarabjeet Kaur Sohal and Varinder Singh Walia, Chief editor Punjabi Jagran will be the chief guest on this occasion while College Principal Dr Gurpinder Singh Samra will preside over the proceedings. The first session on the opening day will also see see the presence of Dr. Labh Singh Khiva and Balwant Singh Bhatia where as the second session will witness the lecture of Dr. Kamlesh Singh Duggal regarding media and the art of writing. Eminent journalist Dr. Baljeet Singh Brar along with Balbir Parwana will be the dignitaries of this session. On the second day of the workshop the first session will comprise of a discourse rendered by Keerti Kirpal in the presence of chief guest Dr Tejinder Kaur Shahi. The fourth and final session of the workshop will have student-faculty poetry recitation program.
